How it Works
The object of the 33 Point football pool is simple, teams that score 33 points in a given week win.
33 Point NFL Pool Rules and Instructions
- The game lasts the entire NFL season (17 weeks).

The pool can only have as many participants as there are NFL teams (32).

Each week, participants are randomly assigned an NFL team. We do this automatically for you.

Decide on a buy-in amount for the week. Most pools collect the entire amount BEFORE the season starts. You would be wise to do this. Trust us.

If a participant's team scores exactly 33 points, they win. Multiple winners split the pot.

If no team scores 33 points, the buy-in pot is rolled over to the next week.

At the end of the season, the leftover monies can be distributed equally to all participants OR to the participants coming closest to 33 in that last week, OR rolled over to next season's pool.
Scoring exactly 33 points happens less often than you might think, so some of the pots can be very large. For example, in the current 2014 season (Through Week 14), there was a Week 1 winner, a Week 3 winner, A Week 4 winner, A Week 6 winner, a Week 9 winner, and two Week 13 winners.
